Virginia Aidan Moss recently graduated law school and is the youngest member of the firm. After spending her childhood observing the ins and outs of the practice of law in a local attorney’s office in her hometown of Blakely, Georgia, Aidan developed a desire to serve others and a love for the law. Aidan was valedictorian of her graduating class and left home to attend the University of Georgia. Aidan graduated magna cum laude with a dual degree in Economics and Political Science and was granted admission to the University of Georgia School of Law.
While attending the University of Georgia as both an undergraduate and law school student, Aidan worked for the firm, starting as a receptionist and then working throughout law school as a law clerk for Edward D. Tolley and Devin Hartness Smith. In law school, Aidan also clerked for the Honorable Charles J. Bethel, then Georgia Court of Appeals Judge and now Georgia Supreme Court Justice. Aidan gathered additional experience in law school by participating in the Appellate Litigation Clinic where she assisted in the research and drafting of a complex brief which was filed in and argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. These experiences have given Aidan the opportunity to work with and learn from highly skilled attorneys and judges and prepared her for the practice of law outside the classroom. Aidan carried her love for the law and desire to serve through law school and into the start of her career.
